Essential Styling Package (Basic) • Mood board & theme consultation • Outfit styling (1 look) • Color scheme & aesthetic guidance • Virtual styling session (30 mins) • Vendor recommendations (shoppable links) *** Ideal for clients who need guidance but will handle most of the shopping and execution themselves. Signature Styling Package (Standard) • Mood board & theme consultation • Full event styling (2-3 looks) • Assistance with sourcing wardrobe & accessories • Coordination with hair & makeup team • In-person fitting (if local) or virtual fitting session *** Perfect for those who want hands-on styling support and curated outfit options without the stress of sourcing everything themselves. Cancellation Policy
Event Styling Service Policy Thank you for choosing DeathRhoStyles for your upcoming event. Our goal is to make sure you show up styled, confident, and aligned with the energy of your occasion. To ensure a seamless experience, please review the policy below before booking your service. Booking & Deposit Policy - A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session and will be applied to your final service total. - Deposits secure your consultation and event styling timeline. No bookings are confirmed without a deposit. - Remaining balances must be paid in full 72 hours prior to your scheduled event or styling session. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. - Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit. - No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance. Client Expectations - Clients are expected to communicate clearly, respond in a timely manner, and provide necessary details (event type, theme, inspiration, sizing, etc.) to avoid styling delays. - Styling timelines and lookbooks will be based on the information you provide—please be prepared to collaborate during the creative process. Add-Ons & Upgrades - Additional services such as personal shopping, expedited timelines, extended on-site support, or content creation for events are available at an added cost. - Custom requests outside the package scope must be communicated in advance and approved in writing. Travel Fees - If your service requires in-person styling or fittings outside of our standard service area, a travel fee may apply (quoted upon inquiry). - On-site styling for the Luxe Package will include travel and logistics coordination. Wardrobe Budget - All wardrobe and accessory purchases are separate from the styling fee. - Clients are responsible for all purchases unless otherwise agreed upon.
